Client rights and responsibilities
You are very important to me and I am glad that you value my services. I strive to provide top quality massage therapy services.
1) I will explain in general terms the planned treatments and will answer any and all specific questions the client has.
2) The client understands that their health is a function of (i.e. dependent upon) their participation and they are responsible for communicating to me during the treatment any concerns, questions, pains and changes in their condition so that the treatment benefits will be maximized.
3) The client has the right to terminate the massage at any time for any reason.
4) The client has the right to be informed about the cost (fee schedule & discounts) of the treatment prior to the treatment.
5) The client can expect total confidentiality with regard to their professional interactions with me; although they are encouraged to share their experiences about massage with anyone.
6) The client understands that he or she will be covered during the session and only the areas that are treated will be uncovered during treatment. The covering may consist of sheets or towels as appropriate for the treatment being provided.
7) The client should expect to be touched in a respectful , caring, gentle and effectual manner.
8) The client agrees to be in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
9) The client agrees to be prepared for the treatment with good personal hygiene.
10) The client agrees to abide by TTM cancellation policy.
11) Please allow at-least 15 mins prior to appointment for set of equipment. For 1st time clients please allow 30 mins prior to appointment for consultation and set up. Also please have a quiet place for massage to take place, turn off phones,etc during massage.
Failure to No Show for an Appointment
1) If the client is not at the agreed upon location within 15 mins of the appointment time, then the massage does not have to be preformed . The therapist has the right to charge the client for the full amount of service.
2) If the therapist does not show up @ the agreed location within 15 mins of appointment time, the client has the right to refuse service or receive an extra 15 mins of massage time.
Please note this does not apply to "on demand" sessions.
Parking
I will bring all equipment necessary to preform service and will need to have parking as close to door as possible or easy access to unload my car. Please ensure there is ample parking. If you live in a condo or apartment building , please reserve a parking space or make arrangements in advance to expedite set up for our massage.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be done at-least 24 hrs prior to clients scheduled appointment . Failure to do so will result in a charge @ next appointment of $25 in addition to current appointment price. If I cancel without 24 hr notice, I will make it up to you at your earliest convince @ a discounted rate.
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
